Local processing. Your schedule inputs and generated calendars are processed entirely in your browser. We do not store or track the schedules you create.

No uploads. Your names, employee data, and generated schedules are never sent to our servers. Generation happens entirely on your device.

Local storage. We may save only lightweight preferences (theme and your most recent generator settings) in your browser's local storage for convenience. No schedules are stored there.

Clear your data. You can remove everything ShiftPilot has saved in this browser at any time using the button below, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
